The bone pain in the pancreatic and biliary areas is gone. Both my husband and I have issues with bile. I take lecithin after meals, and my husband's bone pain in the pancreas has disappeared. It didn’t harm us, that’s for sure.

I have noted improvements since using lecithin—no more nausea or symptoms of biliary dysthesia. The large capsules are easy to swallow, and I've noticed my friend's liver pain has disappeared as well. It also seems to be beneficial for brain function. I recommend it!
